Receiving Your Order

• Package Inspection: For security and logistics reasons, packages cannot be opened before receiving and completing payment.
• Inspect Upon Receipt: Please check your package immediately after receiving it.

Reporting Issues

If you notice any damage or issues with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: If you contact us after 48 hours, we may not be able to issue a replacement or exchange for your item.
